Dear North Central Heritage Neighborhood Association Members:
I am privileged to represent a 17-county district in the Texas Senate that includes the Norht Central Heritage Neighborhood. Your neighborhood and others like it are the foundations of San Antonio and Texas.
The founders of our nation believed that democracy began around the "village pump." That was before the automobile and the airplane, but I believe that local control and neighborhood groups making decisions are as important today as they were when this nations was founded 226 years ago.
I commend association members for your service and dedication to ensure that your neighborhood continues to be an area where families thrive.
